Privacy

Short version: we collect your email (and a message if you send one) so we can email you what you asked for. We don't sell your data.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up: email address, the interests you tick, the page you signed up on, and the time.
• Want List: email, optional first name, what you're hunting, budget and raw/graded preference.
• Basic site analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free page-view counts, if enabled. We don't run advertising trackers.

How it's used

To send the weekly Hit List and giveaway alerts you signed up for, and to contact you about Want List matches. Each email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to hello@offtheripcollectables.com to be removed or to ask for a copy of your data.

Who handles it

Our email provider and hosting provider process data on our behalf: the site is hosted on Cloudflare, and email is sent through our email service provider. We don't sell or rent your information.

Purchases

Orders happen on eBay. eBay's privacy policy applies to anything you provide there; we never see your payment details.

Third-party embeds

The Watch page embeds YouTube videos (using the privacy-enhanced domain) and shows thumbnails from YouTube. Links to eBay, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms are governed by those services' own policies.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their data. Trading cards are for everyone, but the email list is for adults and teens: kids, ask a parent first.
